As many of our products are highly specialised and often built to order, delivery times can vary from one manufacturer to the next. We utilise direct delivery to ensure the fastest possible delivery of your order.

Where we Deliver

SCH (Supplies) Ltd

SCH (Supplies) Ltd deliver their machinery to England and Wales via their own transport fleet - this service is included free of charge on all purchases of SCH equipment (excluding spare parts). Orders to Scotland and Ireland will occur additional delivery charges. Please enquire before purchase for our best delivery price.

Quad-X & Blaney Agri

Quad-X deliver their machinery to the entirety of the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Some Quad-X products require the customer to unload from the delivery driver using their own forklift, loader or telehandler equipment, or have it delivered nearby to someone that does. If you need more information or are unsure whether your product meets this criteria, please contact us before purchase.

Lawnflite, Agri-Fab, GTM, Loncin, Classin, Little Wonder, Wolf Garten & Wilkinson Sword

The above brands are dispatched on the day of order (before 2pm), and will arrive within 24-48 hours.

Delivery Times

SCH (Supplies) Ltd

All SCH products are built to order. Orders from SCH (Supplies) Ltd will typically take 2 weeks to arrive from the date of purchase.

Quad-X & Blaney Agri

Quad-X stock most of their seasonal items, with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days. Bespoke machinery and out-of-season items will typically take 2 weeks to manufacture and deliver, however some machines can take up to 6 weeks. Please contact us for the delivery duration of your machine.

Lawnflite, Agri-Fab, GTM, Loncin, Classin, Little Wonder, Wolf Garten & Wilkinson Sword

The majority of products from the above brands come with free delivery to the UK mainland. Highlands, islands and abroad may incur additional costs. Please contact us before purchase for our best postage price.

Delivery FAQs

Can I leave a note for the delivery driver?

There is a field for delivery notes in the checkout. Alternatively contact us and we will pass on your message.

Do I have to sign for my order?

Deliveries will typically require a signature to confirm you have received your order correctly. Some couriers are happy to place your order in a safe place. You can leave delivery instructions for the courier in the Checkout.

What if I miss the delivery?

If there is no-one home when the courier tries to deliver, they will leave a card to let you know the item will be redelivered or is waiting for you at your local depot. It is possible the courier will leave your item with a neighbour, please see the card left for you.

Can I collect the item myself?

We do not personally stock most of our items, as our manufacturers deliver straight to the customer. To keep our prices as low as possible, we do not have a showroom to collect from.

Spare Parts Enquiries

We support all the products we sell but we are not a parts specialist and do not hold a stock of parts ready for dispatch, however, our dedicated team will help you to source the parts that you require.
For parts, please send us an email and provide information about the problem that you are experiencing including the make and model of your machine. Photographs are very helpful and will allow us to source your replacement part much faster.
