Ordering

How do I purchase equipment?

We offer a number of ways to place an order, and the easiest is typically through our website. To order online, click the ‘Add to Basket’ button on the product page and from here you can proceed to the Checkout. The Checkout process is quick and simple, and you can pay via all major credit / debit cards as well as PayPal.

We can also provide Quotes / Proforma Invoices if you wish to pay via bank transfer. Please contact us and our team will be happy to facilitate this request.

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit / debit cards and PayPal on our website. If you wish to pay via the bank, please contact us for a Proforma Invoice.

The easiest way to pay is via our website, however we can take payments over the phone if you would prefer this.

You may also pay for your order in multiple installments, please contact us for more information.

We are unable to accept cheques.

Can I be sent a proforma invoice?

Yes. Contact our team to request a proforma invoice. Our bank details are at the bottom of all proforma invoices, and we accept BACS transfers.

Can I be sent a paid invoice / payment receipt?

Yes. Once your order has been paid for and delivered, simply contact us requesting a paid invoice / payment receipt and we will send one to you.

Can I be sent an official quote?

We are familiar with grant applications and will do everything we can to help you. Simply let us know which machines and paperwork you need, and we will help facilitate your request.

Can I pay in multiple installments?

Yes. You can pay for your order in multiple separate installments. Your order will then be dispatched when it is fully paid, please contact us for more information.

Do you price match?

We will aim to price match or beat any genuine like-for-like quote. Simply message us with a website link and we will do our best to give you the best possible price.

Make sure to look at the delivery price of other dealers. Our delivery is always free to England, Wales, and other selected regions depending on the product in question.

Why are your prices lower than the manufacturers RRP?

As we actively promote, advertise and distribute machinery, we receive wholesale pricing from our suppliers. We can then pass discounts onto our customers.

Delivery

Is delivery to my region free?

Our free delivery service varies product-to-product. All items include free delivery to mainland England and Wales, and some products include free delivery to the rest of the UK. If you are outside England or Wales, please contact us prior to purchase.

How long will it take for my item to be delivered?

As many of our machines are highly specialised and built-to-order, the delivery time can vary between brands and products. Please contact us for lead times on your chosen machines.

Does my machine arrive assembled?

In over 95% of cases, our machinery will arrive fully assembled, greased, and ready to run.

In a few edge-cases, the machines arrive with wheels or axles detached for ease-of-transport. This is a rare occurrence, and simple tools such as a spanner / socket set will be sufficient to complete the machine. Assembly instructions will be included where necessary, and assembly is designed to be easy. Both ourselves and the manufacturer are happy to help and guide you if needed.

I don't have a forklift, how do I unload a delivery?

This is not a problem as the vast majority of our products are unloaded on a tail lift vehicle or on ramps.

Some of our larger items can only be unloaded with a forklift / lifting equipment - this is typically mentioned in the product description if applicable, however please contact us to check if you are unsure.

Can I request a small delivery vehicle?

We will do our best to facilitate special vehicle requests. Our orders typically arrive on vehicles anywhere in size between 3.5 tonne to 16 tonne. Please contact us prior to purchase if your property is only accessible in a vehicle smaller than 16 tonnes.

Do you ship abroad?

Please contact us prior to purchase if you wish have a machine delivered outside of England or Wales.

Only some of our machines can be delivered outside of this region. Delivery outside of England and Wales is decided on a case-by-case basis, and there may be additional delivery charges for this. In all cases, we will do our best to reduce / eliminate any additional delivery costs.

Can I collect the machine myself?

In most cases this isn't possible. Many of our machines are dispatched directly from the manufacture and do not pass through our premises. The fastest way to receive your item is for it to be delivered to you directly.

Can I leave instructions with the courier?

Yes. Once you are in the checkout, delivery instructions can be left for the courier. You can also contact our team and we will relay delivery information onto the courier.

After-sale Support

Can you help with my machine?

Yes! Our service extends long after the machine has arrived with you. We are happy to lend advice and help with any queries or issues you may have. Machines will arrive with manuals where necessary, but if there's anything you're unsure of, make sure to contact us and we will be happy to help.

Can you supply spare parts?

Our manufacturers support the vast majority of spare parts for all machines that we sell. We do not stock spare parts ourselves, however we can source them from our manufacturers for you.

Both Zaros Machinery and the manufacturer will do our best to help you source a spare part if required.

What warranties do you offer?

All of our machines come with a manufacturer's warranty. This warranty covers faulty parts or poor workmanship, but not consumables like worn blades, tyres and belts. In most cases the warranty is 12 months long, however it can vary depending on the product. Please check the bottom of the specifications table on the product page of your item for the warranty duration.

Further warranty information can be found on the manufacturers websites, or contact us for details. Warranty claims are up to the manufacturers discretion, and we will do everything we can to assist you.

Can I return my machine?

Any return is at the manufacturers discretion, and a restocking fee may occur due to the custom-built nature of the products. We do not profit from any restocking fees, as they are passed straight to the manufacturer to cover their costs in disassembling / altering the product for resale.

If you have changed your mind, please keep the machine under-cover, in unused condition, and strapped to the pallets it arrived in. We ask that customers cover the cost of returning the machine.

Technical

Can you offer advice / recommend a machine?

Our machinery experts will be happy to assist you. We can also relay your technical questions directly to the manufacturers, for honest, reliable advice. Please contact us for assistance.

Is my tractor compatible?

If you are unsure whether your towing vehicle is compatible with a specific attachment, please contact us. We will need your tractor's make and model number, as well as the name of the attachment that you're interested in.

Is a PTO shaft included with my machine?

We include a PTO shaft free of charge with all machines that require one.

Can I customise my machine?

As many of our machines are built-to-order in Britain, they can often be customised.

We offer an unrivalled selection of optional-extras on our machine. Contact our team if you have any special requests that can't be found on our website.

Do you sell tractors?

We sell a number of tractors to selected regions. If you are interested in a tractor please contact us for details.

Do you buy / sell used machinery?

We only deal with new equipment and are unable to buy used machinery.

Can I hire machinery?

We only sell new equipment and are unable to hire out any machinery.

What is your phone number?

As our staff are regularly in the workshop, helping customers and working from home, therefore it's much easier for us to arrange to call you. We are very active on our live-chat and email, but if you would prefer to speak with someone over the phone, simply leave your name, number and any questions you have, and we will call you back as soon as we can.
